Eligible Returns
We accept returns on most unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

Items that have been installed, used, or damaged by the customer

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll work quickly to send a replacement or issue a refund where appropriate.
